second Freud-related illustration for the university magazine my friend runs. The article this was for was on his theories of dream analysis; (apparently) in waking life your subconscious keeps your desires and fixations suppressed. When you sleep your subconscious is inhibited and the desires are set loose, hence those rockin dreams where you're listening to Zeppelin and makin love to an elf (or if you're *nohbdyshome you're climbing into the rhombus-shaped vagina of a giant guitar-playing robot made of stone)
